All returned products must be in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging and accessories.

Place the product securely in its original box and outer shipping carton, ensuring all protective inserts are in place to prevent damage during transit.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any old shipping labels.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand over the package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
